There’s been a bit of hub-ub about Google infringing on copyrights lately, and you know I’ll be offering something about it soon…

Well, in an effort to bring you some top quality original content (here’s a great forum post by a bunch of i-marketing gurus, about why affiliate sites need original content) it seems WE - the Untouchables - have gone and done it even worse…

You see, (this is a good illustration of how/why we do things here) what we do here is get a bunch of people to collect articles from across the weeb, compile them into our WordPress CMS (as drafts), then we break them apart to make OUR point about the topic written about and comment with our opinions about the article itself. We pick it apart.

BUT, it seems that one of our article gatherers inadvertantly ‘temporarily posted’ the copied - and copyrighted - articles ‘to see the formatting on the design of the page’. He then saved the copyrighted articles as a DRAFT articles, which hides them from the public for our editing and commenting later… BUT, do to the fast-as-light wizardry of modern technology (pinging)- it seems Technorati through Pingomatic and WordPress picked up the posts AS SOON AS THEY WERE POSTED! SWEET!

I like this blog thingy!

But have no fear - the articles have been removed, and if anyone was offended - have your lawyer call us ya freak! We’re SORRY!

Case closed.
