Disclosure and Editorial Statement

Welcome to IsGoogleEvil.com’s disclosure statement. The disclosure of any current arrangements is featured in Appendix A.

1. Intent
IsGoogleEvil.com is intended and created to provide thought provoking editorials for entertainment purposes only.

2. Corporate Information
IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. are happy to consider the publication of corporate information, including but not limited to press releases, however positive editorial comment is never for sale.
In printing media releases and other information provided we reserve the right to edit such information so as to suite the format of this publication.

3. Gifts
IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. will accept gifts of goods or software for review on the site, and is happy to provide a guarantee that such goods will be reviewed on the site after sufficient time has passed in which to test or utilise the said goods. Having said this, the provision of such items is never provided with a guarantee of positive editorial, and although they may be a recipient of a positive review, it is done so because of a legitimate belief that the item is worthy of such praise, or the positive disposition of IsGoogleEvil.com’s editor at the time of writing. All such gifts or goods reviewed will also be marked as a gift in providing a review.

4. Sponsorship/ Advertising
IsGoogleEvil.com features sponsorship and/ or advertising from time to time from companies that may subsequently have their products reviewed on the site. Sponsorships and advertising are never accepted on a tied basis that guarantees positive feedback, and the provision of positive feedback in inconsequential to the exchange of money for advertising or sponsorship. 5. Editorial
IsGoogleEvil.com identifies editorial and opinion pieces through the use of the authors name at the beginning of the post, and through inclusion of the post in the “Comment” category. It is attempted at all times to identify any post that includes comment as providing comment as opposed to the reporting of news. All editorials are for entertainment purposes only and do not reflect the beliefs and positions of 3RingStudios Inc.

6. Redress
IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. offers those who believe that items reported are incorrect or unfair the opportunity of redress through the use of open comments. It is our policy that comments are not deleted even if they are critical. Comments are only deleted if they contain vulgar or defamatory statements that may legally oblige us to remove them.

7. Post removal
IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. will only consider the amendment or removal of a post if it is clearly demonstrated that the information is incorrect, defamatory or illegal.

8. Third party material: IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. from time to time references third party material. IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. does so under the provisional of the fair use provisions of United States law. Where practical, a link is provided within each post to credit the source of such material. Where applicable should such material prove to be incorrect IsGoogleEvil.com is happy to publish a correction. However the use, reference to, or similar by IsGoogleEvil.com and 3RingStudios Inc. does not constitute 1st party publication of such material. 3RingStudios Inc., being the owners of IsGoogleEvil.com, recognise that on occasion the reporting on stories on third party sites may be inaccurate, or in some cases breach legal obligations subject to law. In such cases 3RingStudios Inc. reserves the right to report on what is said elsewhere as a public service and contends that any attempts to remove of delete such information, particularly given that it provides an accurate analysis of what has been alleged or said elsewhere is accurate, in that it is an accurate report of what a third party has said. We content that the reporting of such allegations/ matters be accurate because whether that matter be subject to legal punishment or otherwise, any privacy obligations or otherwise do not extent to 3RingStudios Inc., or IsGoogleEvil.com because the reporting of what has been reported elsewhere is protected under the free speech parts of the US Constitution.

9. Other matters
If ever there is any suggest of a conflict of interest that conflict will be clearly displayed in a post and one this document.
